Jaycees Juice - October 9, 2013 Lansing Jaycees
Super Heroes Unite! The Lansing Jaycees are local super heroes! We help where needed in our community, and have an awesome time while doing it! Please come out to East Lansing dressed as your favorite super hero, or in your favorite Jaycees shirt and walk with us in the MSU Homecoming Parade. We will meet at our Parade spot (not yet determined) Friday, October 11. See you there!! Help with a Home At the beginning of summer, we helped welcome a Veteran to the site of his new, specially adapted home in Eaton Rapids. We're off to Brighton to do it again on October 19! There are many projects to help with at the ground-breaking ceremony, please join us in giving back to a wounded Veteran! Board of Directors Meeting Location Change The Board of Directors meetings will be held at the Wheeler Deeler office, 4312 S. Creyts Rd., Lansing, MI 48917. Meetings start at 6 p.m. on the last Monday of each month. Board meetings are open to everyone, but please let a Board member know you'll be attending so we can keep an eye out for you - the building will be locked and we will need to let you in. Annual Meeting of Lansing Jaycees The November General Membership Meeting, also known as our Annual Meeting, will be on November 12, 2013 at Tripper's in Frandor. We will not be meeting on the first Tuesday of the month because of local elections. The Board of Directors for 2014 will be elected at the conclusion of that meeting.
